Full Home Inspection
Full home, prelist and pre-purchase home inspections including thermography (when necessary), all windows, all doors, all systems, all outlets, plumbing, electrical, crawl space/basement/slab, roof and more.
Pricing: up to 1000 sq ft: $350
1001- 2000 sq ft: $375
2001-3000 sq ft: $395
3001- 4000 sq ft: $425
above 4000 sq ft: $.12 per foot

Radon Testing
Check to see if your home has high levels of radon, the second leading cause of lung cancer.
